3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program description. Exact Eye Care sends text messages to patients and prospective patients who opt in. Messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, order-ready notifications (such as glasses or contact lenses), intake follow-ups, and other service-related updates.
How to opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on our intake or appointment form, or by texting to the phone number. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or making a purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again.
Help. Reply HELP to any message or contact us at (712) 732-7624 or stormlake@exacteyecare.com.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligible devices. You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile number provided.
